At SkinSip, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the personal care nature of skincare products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds below.
1) ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, or before they are processed and dispatched by our team (whichever is earlier).
- To cancel an order, please email us immediately at skinsip.official07@gmail.com or contact us on WhatsApp at +91 92897 36202 with your Order ID.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.
2) RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Due to safety, health, and hygiene reasons regarding skincare products, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ONCE PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED, unless:
- You received a damaged or broken item during transit.
- You received an incorrect product or an incomplete order.
3) REPORTING DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by following these steps:
- Send an email to skinsip.official07@gmail.com with your Order ID.
- Provide a clear unboxing video and photographs showing the outer packaging, shipping label, and the damaged/incorrect item.
- Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement product at no additional cost to you within 3–5 business days.
4) REFUNDS
If a replacement item is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout (via Razorpay).
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank account or UPI after processing.
- Shipping charges and COD handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
