1) PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIME

• All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after order confirmation.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp message with your tracking details.

2) ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES
We ship across India using trusted courier partners (such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket, or India Post):

• Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote Areas / Northeast / J&K: 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.

3) SHIPPING CHARGES

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹499 (or standard shipping fee applied at checkout for smaller orders).
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal COD handling fee may apply at checkout where COD services are available.

4) ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a unique tracking link via email and phone number. You can use this link to monitor your shipment’s real-time progress.

5) DELAYS & DELIVERY ISSUES
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, transport disruptions, or local restrictions. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us, and we will coordinate with our courier team to expedite delivery.
